Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy

After a short availability back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time available through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by a specialized software company over the years, the entire collection carries a value of over $1,300. The Main Attraction

The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Bundle Tiers

Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual come with this bundle, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. You can even design character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
